Som Mimesis, un jove col·lectiu d'art psiquedèlic de Barcelona. Darrerament hem tingut i tindrem la fortuna de poder compartir el nostre art en diversos llocs com Perú, Romania, Portugal, Bèlgica, Itàlia, Serbia, Alemanya, França, Suïssa, Andorra, varis llocs d'Espanya (Com Eïvissa, Granada, Sevilla, Còrdoba i Madrid) i arreu de tot Catalunya, aprenent i creixent dia rere dia.
Com algunes sabreu, el passat 18 d'Octubre vam muntar la nostra primera Mimesia per fer un gran muntatge a Catalunya i tractar d'ajuntar la familia, a més d'arribar a nova gent i que coneguéssin la cultura que ens té captivats.
El projecte de Mimesia pretén ser això, i amb dues màxim a l'any, coïncidint amb el final de la temporada d'open airs la primera i abans de que torni a començar la segona, tornarem a posar tota la carn a la graella per transportar-vos a la dimensió de Mimesis i que totes vivim una nit inolvidable!!
EL NOM, "2ND TRIP TO MIMESIA!"; Senzill, no? Mateix format, mateixa dimensió, però diferent!! ens hem posat el repte de millorar en tots els aspectes… ho aconseguirem?? de moment repassem la resta de factors;
DECORACIÓ; ¿Cuanta decoració som capaçes d'encabir en 2 sales en una sola nit?? Exposarem tota la nova decoració que estem fent per als festivals indoors d'aquesta temporada invernal… i alguna sorpresa més?? les que vau venir a l'anterior ja vau comprovar que no escatimem res de cara a estar a l'altura del que mereix la ocasió.
MÚSICA; Com volem que torni a ser una gran nit tant per les cares habituals com per als que us apropeu per primera vegada a aquest estil, hem apostat per un dels pioners de la música electrònica a l'europa de l'est; ATMA!! Productor des del 1991, uns anys després es va enfocar ja en el Goa i el Psytrance. Actualment amb 3 CD's ja publicats i amb el 4t a punt de ser llançat al 2015, és un dels artistes més reconeguts a nivell global en l'escena i un habitual dels més grans festivals. Novament música de festival per transportar-nos a una autèntica experiència trance!
Completaràn el cartel algunes sorpreses mês internacionals i, com no, alguns dels millors artistes locals! més info aviat! 😉
LLOC; A nivell de lloc, per accessibilitat i format hem tingut clar que de nouapostem per el MAMA MANDAWA (Cerdanyola del Vallès), amb qui a més tenim una genial relació i vincle, donat que ha sigut un dels llocs en que hem crescut com a decoradors. Probablement tots/es coneixeu lo bé que s'està amb el seu sostre alt i amplitud, que fa que ens oblidem de que estem a cobert i ens transportem a la sensació d'estar vivint un mini-festival, a part de tenir una amplia terrassa on airejar-se.
En resum, com veieu, volem tornar a donar el millor de nosaltres, i fer-ho rodejats de familia, així que us convidem a visitar Mimesia el proper dissabte 28 de Febrer!!

We are Mimesis, a young psychedelic art collective from Barcelona. Lately we had, and will have the fortune to share our art in various places such as Perú, Romania, Portugal, Belgium, Italy, Serbia, Deutschland, France, Switzerland, Andorra, many places of Spain (As Ibiza, Granada, Sevilla, Córdoba and Madrid) and several places around Catalonia, learning and growing day by day.
As some of you know, the last 18th of October we set up our first Mimesia in order to create a big mounting in Catalonia and try to summon all the Family, with the intention to got into new people to meet the culture that fascinates all of us.
The project “Mimesia” pretends to be exactly this, with two per year màximum, subject to open airs final season the first of them, and before they start the following year we are going to put all our best to teleport us to the Mimesis dimension letting us live an unforgettable night!
THE NAME “2nd TRIP TO MIMESIA!”; Simple, isn’t it? Same format, same dimension, but different! We have made ourselves the challenge to improve in all ways... are we going to achieve it? In the meantime let’s check de other aspects;
DECORATION; ¿ How much decoration are we capable to fit the two rooms in one night? We are going to expose all the new decoration that we are making for the winter season indoor festivals...plus another surprise?? The ones who came at the last edition already prove we don’t cut down anything in order to be at the top that the occasion deserves.
MUSIC; As we want to be a big night for both common faces and people which would be their first psychedelic party, we bet for one pioneer of the electronic music in East Europe: ATMA!! Producer since 1991, years later he focused in the Goa and Psytrance scene. Nowadays with three CDs published and the fourth to be out during the following year, he is one of the artist most recognized around the globe in the scene and regular on the bigger festivals. Once again festival’s music to teleport us to a unique trance experience!
The lineup will be completed with more international surprises and of course some of the best local artists! More info soon! 😉
WHERE; For having a good accessibility and the format, of course our election is MAMA MANDAWA (Cerdanyola del Vallès). Moreover we have a very good relationship with the owners, since it has been one of the places that we have grown as decorators. Probably all of you already know that the high ceiling and the amplitude of the club are very comfortable for dancing. The sensation is almost like a mini-festival. Furthermore there is a big terrace to get some fresh air.
To sum up, as you can see, we want to bring once again our best, and do it surrounded with family, so we invite you to visit Mimesia the next Saturday February the 28th !!

Coger N-150 dirección Cerdanyola Norte. En el primer semáforo que encontréis girar a mano derecha. Automáticamente, girar a la derecha en el primer cruce de nuevo hacia el polígono y en el siguiente cruce a la izquierda.
► En tren
Si vienes desde Barcelona puedes coger las líneas R4 (dirección Terrassa/Manresa) ó R7 (dirección Martorell UAB). Bajar en la parada de Cerdanyola del Vallès.
► En autobús
Si vienes desde Barcelona puedes coger el NIT BUS durante toda la noche en diferentes puntos, incluida la estación de autobuses de Plaza Catalunya, líneas N64 y N62
